To actively embrace the development trend of AI technology, promote the deep integration of AI tools with office scenarios, and enhance employees’ digital office capabilities as well as adaptability to new-type industrialization, the company organized a special training session titled “DeepSeek Empowering Efficient Office Work” on the afternoon of November 26. The training invited two experts from China Unicom Digital Technology Co., Ltd. as speakers. Company executives who were on duty, all middle-level managers (including internally appointed assistants), departmental key staff, and personnel from the Information Technology Center attended the session. In addition, employee registration was opened to encourage broader participation. The training was hosted by vice general manager Zhang Baoxin.
During the training, Zhang Baoxin elaborated on the background and significance of the session, emphasizing the importance of digital tool empowerment in improving office efficiency and supporting the company’s transformation and development.
Chen Xuezhen, solution engineer from China Unicom Digital Technology, delivered a presentation centered on the theme of “DeepSeek Empowering Efficient Office Work.” Based on practical enterprise office needs, he introduced the tool”s basic applications, multi-terminal compatibility, and collaborative usage methods. Through case demonstrations, he helped participants master practical skills in scenarios such as document processing, PPT creation, data analysis, and text correction. He also clarified the multiple download channels for the DeepSeek tool, including the company’s internal application platform, official designated links, and targeted installation packages.
Zhang Guozheng, senior solution consulting expert from China Unicom Digital Technology, focused on “Enterprise Digital Transformation and AI Empowering New-Type Industrialization.” By combining industry development trends, he shared insights from perspectives such as high-quality data support and industrial scenario implementation pathways, providing professional references for the company’s digital transformation and business upgrading.
The training was highly professional and practical. It not only broadened participants’ digital perspectives but also offered hands-on guidance for the scenario-based application of AI tools across the company.
