  Accompanied by Liu, the expert panel toured the company’s digital exhibition hall, information management platform and smart production facilities. They took a close look at the company’s development journey, industrial layout, product applications and progress in digital transformation, and observed the on-site operation of intelligent upgrades and digital management systems. While on the production floor, the team inspected production workflows and smart equipment performance, and learned about the company’s achievements in smart manufacturing and lean production.

  Following the on-site tour, both sides held a discussion meeting. Model workers at provincial and municipal levels from our company attended the session to exchange ideas and learn from their counterparts from Shandong.

  During the meeting, Liu gave a detailed presentation on the company’s digital development, operational oversight and lean management. He elaborated on our initiatives, progress and future plans for smart transformation, and shared practical experience in leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency, enhance product quality and optimize the industrial structure.
