With spring breeze bringing warmth and elegance blooming, on the occasion of the International Women’s Day, the company grandly held the 60th Anniversary Celebration and International Women’s Day Commendation Conference in the meeting room on the third floor of the Technology Center on the afternoon of March 7. The conference aimed to carry forward the spirit of self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance and self-improvement among women in the new era, and highlight that female employees play a vital role in the company’s development. Over 100 people attended the meeting, including Mr. Bao Guangli, Chairman of the company; Ms. An Qi, Vice Chairman of Tianshui Federation of Trade Unions and National Model Worker; Mr. Liu Gang, Deputy General Manager; Ms. Gao Suhua, former Deputy Director of the company’s Fine Processing Plant; members of the company Trade Union, chairpersons of grassroots trade unions, and representatives of female employees. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Liu Xingmin, Chairman of the company Trade Union.
The conference opened in a warm and solemn atmosphere. The company leaders presented festive gifts such as rose tea and paid leave vouchers to female employee representatives, extending warm holiday greetings to all women staff. The commendation decision was announced at the conference, honoring Ding Yali from the Plant 3, Liao Liangliang from the Quality Management Center, and Zhao Caiyun from the International Business Department as "March 8th Women Role Models". Bao presented awards to the winners.
As a representative of the Outstanding Women Models, Liao shared her growth story based on her actual work, reflecting dedication and a strong sense of responsibility, and demonstrated the high-spirited spirit of the company’s female employees in the new era.Gao, former Deputy Director of the Company’s Fine Processing Plant, delivered a speech focusing on experience inheritance. She reviewed the journey of growing and striving together with the company, and encouraged everyone to carry forward the spirit and make new contributions.

Bao emphasized that “as we celebrate the 60th anniversary in a new year, we join hands to build a century-long dream.”This year marks the company’s 60th founding anniversary. Standing at this new starting point, the company has set clear goals: achieving a breakthrough in business performance for 2026 and driving leapfrog growth in output value during the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026–2030)The State Council.
Realizing these goals relies not only on the unity, dedication, and enterprising spirit of all the company employees but also on the commitment and proactive efforts of our female employees to take on heavy responsibilities. He expressed the hope that all female employees will demonstrate the pride and resolve of “women proving themselves equal to men”, and make new commitments and achievements on the journey of the company’s high-quality development.
At the end of the meeting, Bao put forward three expectations for all female employees: first, to be dream chasers with firm beliefs and integrate their personal ideals into the overall development of the company; second, to be strivers with strong capabilities, persist in learning and improvement, and become experts in their positions; third, to be new women who love life, balance work and family, and live a wonderful life.

Following the commendation conference, a warm and delightful DIY handicraft activity was held at the activity center. The venue was filled with warmth and laughter as female employees enthusiastically took part in creative projects including pipe cleaner crafts, diamond paintings and pearl paintings. They sat together, focused on their crafts, and shared ideas with each other. Lovely, vivid handicrafts and exquisite paintings came to life in their hands. The whole scene was imbued with a relaxed, pleasant and harmonious festive atmosphere. Through hands-on creation, the participants relieved stress and cultivated their aesthetic taste. They strengthened their bonds amid joy and laughter, experienced the warmth of the corporate family, and enjoyed a fulfilling, warm and memorable festival.
