HL held January 2026 Business Performance Analysis Meeting

  On the morning of January 31st, 2026, HL held the January 2026 Business Performance Analysis Meeting in Conference Room 3 of the Office Building. Senior executives, principal person-in-charges of all departments, and the awarded staff attended the meeting, which was chaired by General Manager Zheng Wenkui.

  At the meeting, the company commended the outstanding Employees, the Advanced Collectives of Innovation and Improvement Projects for the fourth quarter of 2025, as well as the Departments with Outstanding Performance in Cost Control foe the whole year of 2025.
  Liu Xingmin, president of the HL, made a comprehensive summary of the cost management work for 2025 and clarified the core objectives and implementation plans for the cost management work in 2026. 
  Liu Gang, Deputy General Manager of the company, conducted a comprehensive review of the quality operation in January. Focusing on the current priorities of quality control, he deployed seven key quality work tasks for February. The person-in-charge of the Production Department reported on the completion of January’s production tasks, analyzed the current production operation situation, and specified the production plan arrangements and supporting guarantee measures for February.
  At the end of the meeting, Zheng Wenkui summarized the completion of the company's business indicators in January. He pointed out that the company had achieved a successful New Year's opening success in January, with both contract delivery value and sales revenue exceeding the set targets. He stated that this achievement could not have been made without the scientific overall planning of the management team and the hard work of all employees, and on behalf of the company, he expressed sincere gratitude to all colleagues.
  For the company’s key follow-up work, Zheng Wenkui put forward five requirements: First, accurately align production and sales coordination, formulate scientific resource supply guarantee plans for the period before and after the Spring Festival, and ensure the stable and orderly supply of the market; Second, strengthen the overall coordination of material supply guarantee, conduct a comprehensive assessment of material demand and rational reserves, and fully guarantee the needs of production and operation; Third, continuously consolidate the quality defense line, focus on strengthening the quality monitoring of raw materials, the control of key processes, the whole-process management of quality reviews and the rectification of various audit issues, and continuously improve the level of in-process quality management. Fourth, make an overall plan for the resumption of production after the festival, strictly implement the requirements for the in-place of “personnel, equipment and materials”, follow the principle of “safety first, quality second, and production capacity last”, and ensure the rapid recovery of full-load production capacity after the festival; Fifth, strictly adhere to the bottom line of safe production, carry out solid safety production inspections before and after the festival , strictly implement the 24-hour on-duty system, keep a close eye on safety risks in all links, and ensure that the company’s personnel, equipment and environment are always in a safe and controlled state.
