On the morning of January 5th, the board of directors of Tianshui Hailin Bearing Co., Ltd. and Gansu Hailin Zhongke Science&Technology Co., Ltd., as well as the first shareholder representative meeting of Tianshui Hailin Bearing Co., Ltd. in 2024, were held. All directors and shareholder representatives of the company attended the meeting (some directors attended via video). The chairman of the board of supervisors, deputy general manager, and assistant general manager attend the meeting.
Three proposals were passed at the meeting.
At the shareholders' representative meeting, the proposal of Amendment of the Articles of Association of Tianshui Hailin Bearing Co., Ltd. was passed by vote.
